Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to vega.markets, Vega mobile applications, and related research, account, and support services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.

Vega provides market research, screeners, visualizations, calculators, historical analysis, alerts, and AI-assisted workflows. Features and coverage may vary by plan, location, device, data availability, and market session. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features as the product develops.

Vega is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, tax adviser, law firm, or fiduciary. Vega does not accept trade orders, execute transactions, hold customer assets, or monitor a portfolio for suitability.

Content and output from the Services are general research and analytical information. They do not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice; a solicitation; or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security or strategy. Labels such as “opportunity,” “rich,” “cheap,” “score,” or “strategy” describe quantitative criteria and are not individualized recommendations.

Options and other derivatives involve substantial risk and can lose their entire value. Certain short or leveraged positions can produce losses greater than the initial investment. Results depend on execution, liquidity, volatility, assignment, exercise, dividends, rates, taxes, fees, and other factors that a model may omit. You are responsible for evaluating suitability, reviewing official product disclosures, and making your own trading decisions. Consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Market data may be delayed, estimated, adjusted, incomplete, or unavailable. Vega labels the relevant market session or retrieval time where practical. A displayed quote is informational and may not represent an executable price. Corporate actions, symbol changes, stale markets, wide spreads, and provider corrections can affect historical and current values.

Calculators and backtests use stated assumptions and available marks. Hypothetical and historical results do not guarantee future results and may differ materially from actual execution. You should independently confirm quotes, contract specifications, calculations, event dates, and risk before acting.

Data licensors may impose additional restrictions. Unless Vega expressly permits it, you may use displayed market data for your personal or internal research only and may not redistribute, resell, create a competing data feed, or use automated extraction to reproduce a substantial part of the Services.

AI responses are generated probabilistically and may misunderstand a request, use incomplete context, or produce inaccurate reasoning. Tool results and calculator cards can reduce those risks but do not eliminate them. You must review the stated assumptions and validate important output against source data and your own analysis.

You grant Vega permission to process prompts and related context to provide the requested response as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use or highly sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for market research.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining control of your sign-in provider, devices, and active sessions. Provide accurate information, use the account only for yourself or your authorized organization, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or lease an account or use one account to evade plan limits. We may require reauthentication, revoke sessions, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or an account.

Some features may require a paid plan or usage credits. Current prices, renewal terms, included usage, taxes, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled before the next renewal date.

Credits measure access to specified features. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire as disclosed with the applicable plan. We may correct credit balances affected by error, abuse, reversal, or fraud. Refunds, if any, follow the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

You may not:

• break the law, infringe rights, misrepresent identity, or use the Services to harm another person;
• probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, access controls, rate limits, security, or service operation;
• introduce malware, destructive instructions, or code intended to access or alter systems or data without authorization;
• scrape, crawl, bulk download, or automate requests except through an interface or API Vega expressly provides for that purpose;
• reverse engineer protected portions of the Services except where law clearly permits it;
• use the Services, output, or data to build or train a competing product or model without written permission; or
• remove proprietary notices or help another person violate these Terms.

Reasonable use of accessibility tools, browser features, and ordinary research workflows is permitted.

You retain rights you have in prompts, saved research, uploads, and other content you submit. You give Vega a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content. If you give product feedback or suggestions, Vega may use them without restriction or compensation, while avoiding public attribution to you without permission.

Vega and its licensors own the Services, software, design, documentation, branding, and compiled research outputs, subject to rights in third-party data and your content. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with your plan.

Third-party services, links, identity providers, data providers, and applications are governed by their own terms and policies. Vega is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, content, or availability.

We work to keep the Services reliable, but access can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, market conditions, security events, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of every draft, alert, or result. Keep copies of information you need to retain.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated violation, nonpayment, legal requirement, security risk, or conduct that could harm the Services or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Vega and its suppliers disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that output will be profitable, accurate, complete, secure, or available at any particular time.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, these disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vega and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services, even if advised that such loss was possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vega’s total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Vega for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Before filing a formal claim, please send a written description to support@vega.markets and allow 30 days for a good-faith effort to resolve it. Either party may seek urgent relief where necessary to prevent immediate harm.

Applicable law governs these Terms and any dispute, without overriding consumer protections that cannot be waived. A court proceeding must be brought in a court that has jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute. This section does not prevent either party from using an eligible small-claims process or reporting an issue to a regulator.

We may update these Terms as the Services or law change. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Services.
